Troldtekt® Plus 25
Make an easy choice when you want to ensure good acoustics. You get a solution that effectively absorbs sound with a thickness of only 25 mm. It's also easy to transport, store, stack, cut and assemble.
Choosing Troldtekt Plus 25 for a suspended ceiling achieves good acoustics with a 25 mm acoustic panel. A special acoustic fleece is applied to the rear of the panel and ensures high sound absorption – in schools, offices and other types of buildings.
Easy handling, lower costs
The panel with acoustic fleece is the same size and weight as a classic 25 mm Troldtekt acoustic panel. This makes it easy to stack, cut, lift and assemble on site.
With a thickness of only 25 mm, it also reduces costs in terms of transportation and storage.
Low installation height, high effect
Troldtekt Plus 25 gives the best acoustic effect when installed at an installation height of 200 mm. At lower installation heights, the effect is still higher than with classic cement-bonded wood wool panels – but not as high as when Troldtekt panels with mineral wool on the back are installed.
Troldtekt Plus 25 can be installed as ceiling and wall cladding. The solution is also ideal as a demountable acoustic ceiling in a suspended profile system, making it easy to inspect installations above.

Troldtekt Plus 25 is available as a painted or unpainted panel. You can also choose between ultrafine and extreme fine structures – as well as several different edge profiles.

Troldtekt Plus 25 has an absorption coefficient of up to αw = 0.9, which means it absorbs 90 per cent of the sound. Sound absorption is also high in the low frequencies:

At an installation height of 200 mm, Troldtekt Plus 25 provides almost the same sound absorption as an acoustic panel with mineral wool applied to the back.

Good acoustics
Troldtekt Plus 25 offers a solution that can achieve Class A sound absorption at an installation height of 200 mm whilst also performing well at low frequencies (125-250 Hz).
Effective fire performance
Troldtekt Plus 25 is fire-tested and classified in accordance with EN 13501. The panel is accredited with a reaction to fire classification of B-s1, d0.
Robust and durable
The combination of wood and cement means that Troldtekt cement-bonded wood wool has a service life of at least 50 years. During use, the panels require virtually no maintenance, and they can withstand high humidity levels.
Simple installation
The panels are supplied in a variety of sizes and edge details ready to install in a T24 or T35 exposed profile system. Alternatively, they can be screw-fixed onto a suspended C60 metal channel or fixed directly onto wooden battens. Due to its only 25 mm thickness and light weight, it provides easy and fast installation and reduces transport and storage costs.
